1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Stick Studio Pro (https://stickstudiopro.com/) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Free Plan

The core animation tools are available for free forever. Free plan users may animate, preview, and export at standard quality. No credit card is required to use the free plan.

3. Pro Subscription

The Pro plan is a paid subscription available monthly ($4.99/mo) or yearly ($39/yr). Pro features include 1080p Full HD export, text layers, custom backgrounds, and priority support. Subscriptions are managed through PayPal. Pro access is activated within 24 hours of confirmed payment and expires automatically at the end of the billing period unless renewed.

7-Day Free Trial: New accounts receive 7 days of full Pro access at no charge. No payment information is required for the trial.

4. Student & School Plan

A discounted plan at $1.99/month is available to verified students and educational institutions. A valid school email address or .edu address is required for verification. Misrepresenting your eligibility for the student plan may result in account termination without refund.

5. Refund Policy

Payments are processed via PayPal and are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at stickstudiopro@gmail.com and we will review your case. Refunds at our discretion may be issued for first-time payments where Pro access was not delivered within 48 hours.

6. Local Data & User Responsibility

Free projects are saved in browser local storage on your device — not on our servers. Clearing browser cache, using incognito mode, or switching browsers will permanently delete your projects. Stick Studio Pro is not responsible for lost work. Always export completed animations as video files for permanent backup.

7. Intellectual Property

Animations you create are your own property. You retain full ownership and may use them for personal or commercial purposes. The Stick Studio Pro tool, its code, design, and branding remain the property of Stick Studio Pro.

8. Prohibited Use

• Using the tool to create illegal, hateful, or harmful content.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the software.
• Automating the export function using bots or scripts.
• Sharing Pro login credentials with non-subscribers.

9. Disclaimer

Stick Studio Pro is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding uptime, browser storage stability, or export performance on all devices. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from browser storage being cleared.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India.
